DETOX NATION MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT:
I have read and agree to the following community guidelines:
The community forum is primarily a peer support community.
The Detox Nation community forum is not regularly monitored by Sinclair and Michael.
Our practitioner mentors are active in the forum during live group courses to help direct students to make best use of the provided course material. Any requests for treatment or diagnoses, or questions about prescriptions, are outside the scope of the Detox Nation forum and will not be approved.
Posts are not guaranteed approvals. Posts that do not meet our guidelines will not be approved.
Forum posts / comments about tech issues, Detox shop questions and other admin support inquiries will not be approved. Our admin team does not respond to inquiries such as this via the forum.
People who cannot take responsibility for their healing journey and follow guidelines are removed from the Detox Nation forum and their membership is revoked, without refund.
No self promotion or promotion of other materials/resources outside of our courses.

🥉 Bronze memberships will auto-renew at the end of the period (one month). Bronze members can cancel their upcoming membership renewal at least 30 days prior to their renewal date by contacting the support team via email, or anytime prior to your next payment date via your purchases page: https://simplero.com/purchases/previous. Failure to provide at least 30 days notice via a written cancellation request to the support team will incur the next charge on the billing cycle and your membership auto-renew will expire after the next charge. We do not offer refunds for monthly membership fees under any circumstance.
🥈 Silver memberships require a minimum 3 month commitment and will auto-renew into a month to month membership after the initial commitment term. Silver members can cancel their upcoming membership renewal at least 30 days prior to their renewal date by contacting the support team via email, or anytime prior to your next payment date via your purchases page: https://simplero.com/purchases/previous. Failure to provide at least 30 days notice via a written cancellation request to the support team will incur the next charge on the billing cycle and your membership auto-renew will expire after the next charge. We do not offer refunds for monthly membership fees under any circumstance.
🏅 Gold memberships require a minimum 13 month commitment, memberships will auto-renew into a minimum 12 month commitment period annually. Annual members can cancel their upcoming membership renewal at least 30 days prior to their renewal date by contacting the support team via email, or anytime prior to your next payment date via your purchases page: https://simplero.com/purchases/previous. Failure to provide at least 30 days notice via a written cancellation request to the support team will incur the next charge on the billing cycle and your membership auto-renew will expire after the next charge. Upon membership cancellation, you’ll lose access to the Detox Nation Membership Site, FAQ Library, Community Forum and other Detox Nation Membership features, bonuses and perks. Membership cancellation forfeits any special or grandfathered rates. We do not honor special or grandfathered rates after cancellation.

Detox Nation is a subscription membership, by signing up, you agree to pay your monthly or annual dues through your minimum commitment period based on your membership tier. We do not issue refunds for your membership dues under any circumstance. In the instance you wish to cancel your subscription, you are responsible for managing your membership in accordance to the 30 day notification policy if reaching out to our team or responsible for managing your subscription within your account.
